Dear Mr. Nelson,

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you how pleased our church is with the new Model MDS-16 Allen Digital Organ we recently purchased through your firm.
This instrument replaced a 55-year old pipe organ. We were quite pleased with this old organ, but after paying rather high maintenance costs on it every year, this year we were facing even greater costs to keep it in satisfactory playing condition. At this point, our church Cabinet felt we were justified in evaluating the problem of continuing with the ever increasing maintenance costs or investigating the purchase of a new organ. This question was placed in the hands of our Music Committee. After nearly ten months of investigating what was available, and at what cost, this committee made the recommendation that we purchase a new Allen MDS-16 Organ.
This new Allen is now in place and our congregation is very pleased with it. The music produced is fantastic exceeding, by far, what could ever have been produced by our old organ. The variety of tonal qualities alone is staggering, as well as remarkable nuances in volume. And all of this without the annual maintenance costs that had to be in our church budget each year. This budget item has now been wiped out completely.
Let me also express our appreciation to you and your staff. It was always a pleasure dealing with them. Truly, you were only a phone call away.

Sincerely,
